Fees: 

The hourly fee is $140.00 for session. The Initial assessment (first session) costs $200.00. Personal checks are accepted. I am able to bill most insurances and can work with your insurance if you are considered out of net work. Payment is expected at the end of each session. I offer a sliding scale fee.

 

Appointments & Cancellations:

To cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours notice in advanced. There will be a charge for late cancellations and missed appointments. 

 

Insurance Company Billing Information:

Please bring your insurance card with you to the initial consultation. I will bill your insurance provider for you. I do offer services for those without insurance coverage and will work with you on this.

While insurance may cover some of the cost of counseling, coverage varies with each insurance company and each unique policy. Please check with your insurance provider for details of your coverage. Checking prior to your first visit may prevent unnecessary expense to you.
